Audytel has a long track of record in process analysis with a special emphasis on information technologies. In 2010, Audytel has expanded its range of services with the logistic consulting  and supply chain management (SCM) consulting, which are provided by the new business division. One of the new consulting services offered to Audytel’s customers is the logistic audit that covers either the entire logistic system across the organization or its selected areas. It involves a comprehensive analysis of the processes in the supply chain used by the organization.

Projects undertaken by Audytel are frequently aimed at ensuring compliance with the requirements of ISO 28000 (Security Management for Supply Chain). This approach allows Audytel customers to define and assess the risks associated with different stages of operational processes. Thus the company is able to immediately diagnose all the critical points and take corrective and preventive actions.
