The observations and experiences gathered during the  audit and research projects are often the basis for optimization and consultancy projects carried out by Audytel. Within these projects Audytel prepares feasibility studies of ICT infrastructure development, analyzes the ROI of various business options and helps to develop budgets and implementation schedules. Audytel also supports customers in the process of implementation through participation in project management, quality control or post-implementation audit of the project.
