The ICT cost optimization project starts with a detailed study of the ICT infrastructure in the organization (voice, data, IT services) based on the available blueprints, documents, interviews with key representatives of organizations and on-site visits.
Analysis of the information system is conducted using a simplified version of COBIT methodology, which allows to diagnose even the most complex information processes (ICT audit). The result of the preliminary analysis is a report containing a detailed assessment of the safety and effectiveness of information system of the organization and its compliance with best practices in managing processes. The recommendations include the projections of savings and risk analysis.

Billing Analysis
Analysis of the correctness of billing for telecommunications services is done on the basis of the advanced tools that process millions of data records (CDR), taking into account all the nuances of the tariffs, promotions and special conditions of contract used by the operator. The subject of the analysis may be settlement for voice services (fixed and mobile), data services and Internet services. Almost all projects conducted by Audytel revealed irregularities in the accounts and in 90% cases they were overstatements of the accounts on the detriment of the subscribers.
The highest amount of the complaint lodged by Audytel on behalf of a client and recognized by the operator amounted approximately PLN 2 million.
