Emil Konarzewski
Managing Partner and CEO, Audytel Inc.
Emil Konarzewski holds an MBA from University of Minnesota (MN), MSc in Physics from University of Warsaw, and diploma of post-graduate studies in economics from Warsaw School of Economics.
Emil’s main areas of coverage include IT vendor consulting, business planning, policy development, market analysis, business process outsourcing and ICT infrastructure optimization. He completed a number of projects for major telecom operators, the regulator (UKE), IT vendors and large corporation operating in Poland.
Before co-founding Audytel Emil was CEO of GRAVITY, one of the first Internet Data Centers operating in Poland. He also worked as VP Sales and Marketing for GTS Internet Partners, the second largest ISP in Poland. In 1990’s he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation as Manager of the PC Business Unit in Poland.
Member of the Audit Boards of Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, itSMF Poland and Warsaw MBA Association.
Marek Cichy
Partner and CFO, Audytel Inc.
Graduated as Master of Mathematics at University of Warsaw (numerical methods) and finished two years of econometrics in Institute of Economics at University of Warsaw.
Marek Cichy was an assistant at the Institute of Informatics at Warsaw University, then he conducted Computer Department at the Institute of Physics of Polish Academy of Sciences. In the 1980’s he created one of the first computer companies on the Polish market: BUK Kompakt and The Computer Division of The Trade Centre of Polish Academy of Science. In 1988 he created Dom Handlowy Informatyki Ltd. (a distribution company - since 1993 under the name Computer 2000 Polska). During 7 years as a co-owner and Managing Director he developed the company to the position of the biggest IT distributor in Eastern Europe. Since 1996 he worked as a consultant in different projects on the ITC market and also in VC investment fund in Poland and other Central and Eastern Europe countries. Marek Cichy consulted projects of creation of the new technology companies and their management, actively collaborated in merge and acquisition projects too.
Co-founder of AUDYTEL Ltd. Experienced in company cost management – created and now manages company’s planning and cost control system.

Marcin Zebrowski, Consulting Department Manager at Audytel Since 2008 he leads projects in the following areas: ICT infrastructure development strategies, feasibility studies and ROI of ICT investment, technology advisory, best practices in procurement of systems and services. Before joining Audytel, he worked as a network engineer at Huawei Technologies. Mr. Zebrowski has a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology.

Tomasz Kulisiewicz

Tomasz holds a MSc in Computer Sciences from Budapest University of Technology (1974). Main areas of coverage include IT & telecom strategies and market analysis. Since 1992 he takes part in Polish IT & telecom market analysis for Teleinfo 500 annual review and cooperates with The Centre for Telecom Regulatory Studies and The Adam Smith Centre - independent Polish think-tanks. In the years 2001-2003 he was an advisor to Polish Chamber of IT and Telecommunications. In the years 1992-2001 he worked as a journalist of Polish IT bussines press (Deputy-editor-in Chief of PCKurier bi-weekly, than Editor-in-Chief of Teleinfo weekly). Since 2003 he is a leading editor of quarterly on economy and regulations of telecom sector. In the years 1982-1992 he was working in Hungary with Polish construction companies in automotive and power industry. Before that he worked on mainframe systems in computing centre of Polish public road administration in Warsaw. He is an invited lecturer on Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology and various conferences and seminars in Poland and abroad. Member of Arbitration Committee of Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications – overseeing the activities of Arbitration Court for Internet Domain Names.
